Mr. Komkov joined T-Platforms in February 2011. Prior to T-Platforms, Mr. Komkov was the CIO for Insurance Group MSK, headed Cadence Design Systems, Russia, and held senior management positions for Kaspersky Lab., Luxoft and other IT companies. Mr. Komkov graduated from the Moscow State Aviation University, received his MBA from The Graduate School of International Business, Russia, and from Santa Clara University, USA.
